After having success at two boutique recruiting firms, Jen Slippy founded Six Degrees to continue focusing on senior-level recruitment.
With clients primarily in the alternative investment, investment advisory or technology industries, Jen focuses on all levels, from Director/VP to the Associate/Analyst. Jen truly enjoys the collaboration with her Clients and loves the challenge of a unique search.
A quick study with understanding the special nuances of a position or company, she successfully pinpoints the characteristics, skills and experiences of candidates, bringing the two together.

Originally from Seattle and a graduate of the University of Washington, Jen has become a Marin County native where she enjoys the beautiful outdoors with her family. In her free time, you’ll find her seeking out the next great food and wine experience, or playing competitive tennis with her USTA team mates.
